- The Arcadia greenhouse is designed to be attached to an existing building and supported by it. The hardware and weatherstripping to attach it are not included, as it will vary based on the material and texture of your existing structure.
- This is a more advanced build considering it is attached to a building and on a knee wall, a very skilled handyman or experienced assembler is recommended. We strongly recommend hiring a professional mason/concrete professional for the building of the knee wall as well.
- Note that we do not have structural certifications for the custom structures such as this, as it usually would need to be site-specific. If a structural permit is needed, you will likely need to work with a local engineer on this.
- Any custom units have about a 14 to 16-week turnaround, but that could fluctuate.
